Q: What materials are your desk pads made of?
A: Our desk pads are made from high-quality, durable fabric with a smooth surface for precise mouse movement and a non-slip rubber base for stability. They are also water-resistant and easy to clean.

Q: How thick are your desk pads?
A: All our desk pads are 4mm thick—providing a comfortable, cushioned surface that reduces wrist strain and adds protection to your desk.

Q: What sizes are available?
A: We currently offer two sizes:

  • Large 31.5" x 11.8" – Great for standard setups
  • X-Large 36" x 15.7" – Perfect for extended desktops or dual monitors

Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: At this time, we offer a curated collection of custom-designed desk pads. If you’re interested in bulk or branded custom designs (e.g. for a team or event), please contact us.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: All desk pads are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No We do not offer international shipping at the moment. Check back with us in the near future for shipping internationally.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery status.


💳 Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for fast and secure checkout.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Because each desk pad is made to order, changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Q: My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
A: We’re so sorry! Please email us at hitshopco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.


🧼 Care Instructions

Q: How do I clean my desk pad?
A: Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or putting it in the washing machine.
